SALON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

 

SALON SPACE: The salon is a snug, and peaceful studio. Please refrain from bringing guests with you! If your child does not have an appointment, please arrange something for them as there are lots of dangerous tools in the studio, as well as other stylists and their clients!

APPOINTMENT TIME: Most color appointments take anywhere from 3-6+ hours depending on the hair and the service required. Please schedule your day so our time together is not rushed!

​

NEW CLIENTS: You must enter a card on file before an appointment can be booked (depending on your stylist)

 If you are not a returning client & have not updated a card on file and need to cancel your appointment before 48 hours, a 50% fee will be required to be paid before booking your next appointment.

​

LATE APPOINTMENTS: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled & your deposit will be kept. If you are a returning client, a fee will be required before rescheduling.

CANCELLATION & RE-BOOKING:  Credit card is required upon booking. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy. 48hrs notice is required for any cancelations or re-booking otherwise a 50% fee will be charged to the card​.

​

NO-SHOWS: Unfortunately you will not be re-booked if you no show. It's very easy to send a quick text or make a phone call to let your stylist know you cannot make the scheduled appointment!

These policies are put into place so that our time respected as well as the time of other clients, to ensure everyone can have a proper appointment with us, & so that everything can run as smoothly as possible! We appreciate all of you!
